ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE • Teaching experince in department of oral and maxillofacial surgery which has post graduate intake of two per year and undergradute intake of sixty per year.

 POST-GRADUATE EXPERIENCE: • Consisted of three years post-graduate training program in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery in A.J. Shetty Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore where in our basic subjects like general anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology and pharmacology are studied in the first year along with minor oral surgical work. •

Rotatory Clinical postings included: General medicine, general surgery, general anesthesia at A J SHETTY INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE

 Postings and night duties in Government Wenlock hospital – main trauma centre for management of maxillofacial surgical cases. 

• Postings in plastic surgery: A J SHETTY INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE unit under Dr.Dinesh Kadam Mangalore. •

 Neuro surgical training , postings and night duties in casualty at NIMHANS Bangalore • 

Training in Head and Neck cancer surgery including reconstruction at Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum, Kerala 3 | P a g e •

 Craniofacial, cleft lip and palate surgery training at GSR Institute for Craniofacial surgery, Hyderabad. • 

Training in Implantology involving basic principles ,surgical placement and prosthetic finishing at A J Shetty Institute of Dental Science combined with ALPHA BIO • 

Training in basic life support in association with American heart Association . • 

Clinical work in the department of oral surgery involved removal of impacted teeth, alveoloplasty, frenectomies, corticotomies, and cyst ennucleation. • 

Within the hospital, extensive surgical work ranging from maxillofacial trauma, T.M.JAnkylosis, Cyst and tumour removal, cancer surgeries with reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip and palate correction, rhinoplasty, craniofacial syndrome correction, observed and assisted.
